In 2017-18 and 2018-19, Edmonton Public Schools will provide $750,000 annually and in 2019/20$875,000 to determine available funds. The annual amount is provided in two equal instalments to the Association`s Edmonton Public Teachers Local 37. The first amount will be made available during the first week of activity in September and the second during the first week of activity in January (for the 2017/18 school year, the first amount will be made available within 30 days of the ratification of the collective agreement by both parties). (g) a teacher must confirm in writing his agreement before the assignment in order to give a timetable for teaching tasks that may vary in the number of hours allocated per semester. 1.3 The trial program will take place during the 2017/18 school year and will expire on August 31, 2018, regardless of collective agreements based on the law. b) TEBA and the association may agree to proceed with an arbitration board composed of a single arbitrator instead of a three-member arbitration board. In this case, TEBA and the association will appoint a person who will serve as a single arbitrator within 15 days of operation, in accordance with the agreement reached with a single arbitrator. If it is not possible to agree on the person as a single arbitrator, each party may request in writing that the Director of Mediation Services indicate the required appointment. With respect to Article 8 of the collective agreement: 1.1 “Transaction Contract” refers to the provincial collective agreements listed below for the period from April 1, 2017: if you belong to a bargaining unit that has ratified its 2018-2020 collective agreement, this new collective agreement will appear below as soon as it has been prepared, corrected and fully signed by all parties.
